Beverage Service
The Harbor Grille offers guests the finest in beverage service with a number of options
available. Below is a partial list of beers & liquors that are stocked at all times and the
retail pricing of each. When using one of the beverage plans below, we include use of the
Bunn Coffee Maker, tea service for both sweetened and unsweetened teas and "guns" for soda in
the service station. We will gladly purchase special items, however the Guest is responsible
for purchasing all bottles ordered at their retail value. Caterers using the facility must
provide their own coffee and tea. When paying "corkage," there will be an additional charge
for the above items.
Our standard is to staff one bartender per 75 Guests. Two portable bars are available for a
setup fee of $50.00 each.

| Corkage - Corkage fees will be quoted on an ad hoc basis.

| Cash Bar - Guest pays actual retail cost for beer, wine and cocktails consumed
during the event. For a "cash bar," a fee of $75 per bartender is added to the master bill
and a 15% Gratuity is automatically added.

| Sponsored Bar - We usually give "gold coins" to the Host(ess) to give each Guest
for redeeming sponsored drinks. Host(ess) may purchase any number of "coins" however, unused
coins are not redeemable for cash.

| Per Hour Pricing - Guests may consume freely during the hours
designated. Pricing is per person/per hour.
