| ALL RENTAL RATES INCLUDE: 2-Hours FREE PARKING in the Hippodrome Gated Lot; White Linen Tablecloths with choice of Linen Napkin Color (Black, White, Blue or, Tan) Cobalt blue or, Clear water glasses, all your needed serving pieces. Inside you have use of the Stage; Dance Floor; HD TV; Powered Mackie Speakers with MP3, DVD, CD and iPod inputs; microphone and podium; Outside we provide Tents, Fans and Heaters for the Patios if needed; House Music plays on outdoor Bose Speakers (may be turned off).
We offer great rates on Chair Covers/Sashes and bringing in All round tables of eight. We also offer a DJ that will customize your music mix for you and play through a Bose Professional System.
